Best experience did not feel a thing doctor explained everything thoroughly

I would like to thank Dr. Green and his staff for providing excellent care during the EGD and colposcopy procedures a few weeks ago. Dr. Green explained every step of the procedure and really made me feel comfortable. On the day of the procedure, I was in and out in 2 hours. His staff is very professional and I highly recommend Rio Gastroenterology and Dr. green.

After 3 appointments was never able to get a follow up visit for diagnosis after endoscopy. Very poor service

He is a very uncaring doctor. His staff isn't nice! Dr. Green misdiagnosed me! Gave me medications and steroids for a disease i didn't even have and i am having a horrible time trying to recover from the damage those medications did to my gastrointestinal system! Horrible Doctor!

I can't say anything was a miss with my two visits with Dr. Green. He was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and did not leave until I was satisfied.

If you do not have anything else to do with you day, go to this Dr. His staff is very rude and you wait all day to see him. I guess appointments do not mean anything to Dr. Green. Had a appointment at 2:15 p.m. did not see the dr. once at 5:15 p.m. Come on. My time is as valuable as Dr. Green's. He should fire all his staff and get a good office manager to schedule appointments.

The office staff seemed very put out. Whenever the Dr. asked them to do something, they would turn back around and roll their eyes at one another, which seemed very unprofessional to me. (They didnt know I was watching). The Dr. even beat on the wall as a way to call the nurse, which isn't something that should be done in a professional office setting. The doctor did not seem sincere or like he had my best interest in mind, nor did it seem like he had any experience in trying to comfort a patient, especially as he was putting his plastic gloves on, telling me I need a prostrate exam when I had just had a colonoscopy a few weeks back. He was also requiring a lot of unnecessary testing- I'm assuming as a way to rack up a bill. I have read the other reviews and he was on time for my appointment, unlike the rest. But regardless, I would rather have to wait a while to have a great doctor than to have a prompt but incompetent one. I will not be visiting this office again, on account of both… the staff and the doctor.

Every office visit takes 2 to 4 hours. This has happened at every appointment for almost 2 years.His office insisted that I show up for a procedure at 9:00am. I did. The doctor did not show up until 11.30. I had waited on a guerney for 2 hours by that time and a man that was ahead of me had been there even longer. By the time of my procedure I had been waiting on that guerney for 21/2 hours. There is no excuse. This is a greedy doctor as the reason he was late was either a late breakfast or most likely he was at another clinic treating another patient during my appointed time.

I met Dr. Green in the hospital when I was changing gastroenterologists.....he was very reluctant to do the required procedures (endoscopy & colonoscopy) as he did not understand that I absolutely did not want my regular specialist to take care of me any more. When he finally agreed, he was very professional in all aspects, concerned when the biopsies came back & there should be further treatment, and immediately set me up for the procedure. I am extremely happy with Dr. Green.
