I started seeing Dr. Pue since the 80's. I have moved and had to find new doctors, but I always find my way back. I will continue to see him no matter the wait time, because I know he cares about me as a patient and that I matter. He always has time for what ever I am in for. Keep up the great job Dr. Pue.

We started seeing Dr. Pue about a year ago. I did a lot of homework on doctors and decided to try Dr. Pue because the only bad thing I could find about him was that the wait time is long, which seemed manageable. I'm the kind of person who takes internet reviews with a grain of salt, because I figure only the disgruntled people take the time to do it and they're probably exaggerating. Let me tell you - the complaints about long wait time are NOT exaggerations! We learned fast that you should call an hour before your appointment and ask for the actual time you should arrive, because usually it's about an hour later than scheduled. The last time I was there, my appointment was for 3:30 but I didn't arrive until 4:30, and even then was not seen until after 5. There's a sign in the waiting room that says "See desk if you've been waiting longer than 30 minutes". They told my husband that should really say "...unless you're seeing Dr. Pue" at the end. This has happened literally… every time we've been there. We like Dr. Pue and he seems to be very thorough, but this is just too much and we will be finding a new doctor. Whoever takes care of his scheduling needs to recognize that whatever system they're using isn't working.

I love Dr. Pue. He treated my parents years ago and I am happy I found him for me. The wait time is long but he spends as much time with the patient as the patient wants. No rushing thru the appointment. Answer all of your questions.

Dr. Pue is a very caring doctor. He spends time with you and listens. I had been left without a primary care doctor and had tried several before coming to Dr.Pue. He is wonderful! I am thankful I found him. He is now taking care of my daughter, husband, and me.

I believe the wait time is much too long. It is ridiculous to have to wait more than an hour to see your doctor especially when you are sick and hurting. As well, I did not think his bedside manner was good either. He sometimes comes across as rude in my opinion.

Great physician who takes time to listen to patients. Wait time is bad because he does not dismiss patients after 5 minutes like most do. He is quite thorough.

Waiting time is terrible but that is because he does not rush through patients. He is caring, compassionate, professional and will actually listen to what you as a patient have to say. Even though the wait time can be a bit too much, Dr. Pue is one of the best doctors I have met.

If you are a patient --- patient !!!!! This is your doctor. Absolutely thorough, professional and if you'll listen will provde excellent care!
