Dr. Wayne Bernard Spradley

My mother went to Dr. Spladley's clinic after a fall. Through the course of three weeks (weight loss, laying in bed, and a lot of pain) my mom was misdiagnosed twice with a "bone contusion" instead of a broken hip. One of the receptionists patronized my worrying by saying "you need to listen to the doctor". The hip break was finally found on an MRI at St. Lukes. The doctors at the hospital said that the break should have been caught. Dr. Spradley (her primary dr) was on vacation or busy during this time. Through this whole ordeal, he never saw her, nor did he see her while she was in the hospital - he sent an aide. Dr. Spradley seems way too busy to provide any kind of quality service to any of his patients. And the urgent care doctors should slow down enough to realize that if a 70 year old woman falls and is begging for a wheel chair and a lot of pain medication, the problem might be more than a bruise.
