If there was a zero star, I would choose it. Terrible customer service!!! It is a disgrace how they treat patients!!!! They don't care about the patients & are extremely rude!!! They are so unprofessional & not a respectable establishment!!! I will NEVER EVER go back to this place again nor would I recommend anybody making the same mistake I did!!!

Dr. Stanley is a very nice man which is in direct contrast to his business office manager who is extremely rude and finally ran me off after almost twenty years of service. He is great at simple, direct things but not thorough at all with the whole picture. Still, I think very highly of him as a person and hated to sever my contact with him but, since his extremely rude business office manager is his wife and no advice to him regarding her has been heeded, he is now my ex-physician and I sadly cannot recommend him to anyone.

two of the receptionist who answers the phone were rude, I called in and asked them why they were like that and the female receptionist just said they don't entertain calls and hanged up on me. First of all, don't answer the phone if you're just going to drop it after hearing someone's concern. Very unprofessional.

Dr . Stanley is not only a good physician , he is also a spiritual man .

Dr Stanley is a good doctor and has helped me immensely. Having said that be warned! Your medical records and personal information will be posted on a website (athenahealth.com). I have asked that a inaccurate comment be deleted or changed and that has not happened. Now I have reason to believe the site has been hacked based on the emails I am getting at work. If you dont care what is published about you then by all means make an appointment.

The ladies who answer the phone are so rude and unprofessional. They don't want to help you.. I called to see if they still had my ultrasound results, that I had sent to them and she said no and that she don't have time to look!! Very unprofessional!! People don't waste your money, go to someone who cares and wants to help. I thought that was the reason for going to see a doctor but obviously not at this office. Note: if you are that busy put the client on hold or give them a call back.. no need to be rude.

I personally love this doctor. He helped diagnose me with pancreatic cancer when "specialists" couldn't figure out what was wrong. He has wonderful bed side manners and doesn't rush you at all. He made me feel like I was important. He is totally worth the wait. The receptionist is an angel. She worked me in the same day. I HIGHLY recommend him.

When moving to Al Dr Stanley was recommended by several different people I like him and appreciate I can get an appointment that day, because he will fit you in.
