Dr. Wayne Mitchell Weil, MD

Dr. Weil is far and above the best doctor I’ve interacted with in my 34 years of life. My mom always wanted me to be a doctor but I didn’t understand the hype and as I got older I only grew more cynical of the medical industry. But after working with Dr. Weil, I wish I could go back and become an orthopedic surgeon myself. Dr. Weil repaired my fractured elbow with superior skill and extended highly professional, patient, and empathetic care during the pre and post op check ups. Additionally, his care team and scheduling staff were great to work with. My ER doctor recommended and referred me Dr. Weil with strong support for his work and she was 110% correct - he is the man to see for a broken elbow/olecranon. I’m no orthopedic doctor myself but when I see the x rays I see very tidy and precise usage of hardware versus some I see online. Dr. Weil is the very best, and has my highest recommendation.

I had a very pleasant visit today with Dr. Weil! I still yet to find out what’s going on with my hand situation but my impression after my first visit with Dr. Weil was that he know his specialty really well and going forward I will find solution for my issue under his care.

I was in search of a good orthopedic arthritis thumb surgeon for a second opinion and asked Google for the best in the state of Washington. Dr. Weil was one of three names that was presented. I read his bio and watched his video. I was impressed. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. My first visit was with physician assistant for xrays and assessment of my thumb. I saw Dr Weil the following week. Dr.Weil was very friendly and had good bedside manners. He asked about my concerns and answered any questions. He then examined my thumb and told me about the type of surgery he would perform. He was very reassuring that the surgery would give me a quick recovery time along with hand therapy. Now I'm just waiting for surgery to be approved.

Dr. Weil has been my Surgeon for a couple of Orthopedic surgeries. He knew what my medical issue was and did the procedure to correct it. I am highly recommending him and the other Orthopedic Surgeons at his clinic.

I waited one hour in the exam room for Dr. Weil. It would’ve been helpful if a staffer had updated me a couple of times during this wait! Dr. Weil seemed a bit rushed, but he answered my questions.

Great visit. Very informative. Dr. Weil took the time to answer my questions. Leave time for parking if you have a big car.

Dr Weil and staff are very professional and responsive to your needs. The Dr. knew that I had trigger finger right away. He explained my care options clearly, and I was on my way without delay. I appreciate a good team.

Dr Weil was great. I thought I would have to have a steroids but he said it wasn't necessary.
