Weems Pennington III, M.D. Fine Cardiologist I have been seeing Dr. Pennington III for a few years now. Most of my visits are semi-annual ones to keep close tabs on my heart function. Dr. Pennington III is always thorough, friendly and keeps an up-to-date record of my overall health. This doctor is wonderful and a fantastic surgeon! He and his staff are sweet and compassionate. I can walk now. He worked a miracle!

He is a wonderful surgeon, friendly, compassionate, caring. He worked a miracle on my surgery. I can now walk without pain. The entire staff were so sweet. I am blessed to know Dr. Pennington.

Dr. Pennington was rude, didn't listen to anything I was saying. He gave me three different blood pressures while putting the info in the computer. The worst part of the visit was how he groped my breast, Yes groped my breast! I was so glad my husband was there! I left this appointment so frustrated and angry. Starting over on all the tests with a different doctor.

Has too many patients & cannot keep up with treatment & care those patients need. He doesn't like to be questioned & looks at you like you're the one with 3 heads when he doesn't remember what he told you at your last appointment. Best cardiologist in Augusta? Most likely. However, the stinky attitude & inconsistency of care lead me to chose another cardiologist.

It took over a month after dismissal to get medical report needed for another type surgeon to proceed with that surgery.
