Dr. Wei Cui, MD

Dr. Cui's office has been characterized by long wait times, rude staff, and inattentive and irresponsible service. Despite these issues, I never complained to the staff or the doctor. However, I was deeply dismayed when I received a letter from Dr. Cui last December, informing me that he would discontinue my treatment and services the day after I told him I had tested positive for COVID-19. It is disheartening that he discontinued treatment to a loyal patient of seven years without any reason or prior notification, especially during my most critical condition as a 77 year old. Ceasing to provide care without allowing sufficient time for me to find another healthcare provider not only prolonged my recovery but also significantly heightened my distress and worsened my depression.

I was Dr. Cui's patient for many years. Initially, he was attentive, but over time, he became inattentive, unresponsive, and unavailable nine out of ten times I had a health issue. He ignored my concerns, rushed through appointments, and the waiting times became excessively long.

Staff is inexperienced and not trained well. The nurse taking blood work did not even ask to confirm name/birthday and did not label the blood vials. The doctor was careless and unconcerned when discussing cancer results/situation; tried to persuade us to postpone surgery and go to another hospital. He did not read the report or was not experienced with oncology results. He did not even advise a CATscan when the tumor can be felt; claimed it was abdominal gas. Would not advise seeing this doctor.

Was recommended by a friend and the experience was just average. Be aware that the staff speak limited English.

Just moved to the area, and I didn't have a primary care doctor. My coworkers recommended Dr. Cui. I saw him just last week and I must say he exceeded my expectations. He was so patient with me, I had tons of questions and he answered all of them without rushing me. I am glad my coworkers recommended him to me.
