Nice office in plano. Quiet and to the point.

" busy" is a word that I never thought I would use again. But the doctor has helped me back on my feet, and I am about to start work. I think he would be SO much better without the " loud mouthed" HIPPAA smashing unpredictable staff member in the front. Due to her wearing NOTHING professional to the point I couldn't even tell if she working.

Dr Yang has made a person who would have to spent the majority of his time..(me), in bed, into someone who can fuction and work full time. Before him I was a man who was spending months at a time in bed being taken care of. Even my career had been put on hold. With all he has done, the only thing that casts a shadow on his practice, is the highly uneducated girl who seems to " try" to run the front desk. Aside from having to hear constant cursing and gossiping about the doctors own patients....literally while they are in with the doctor (!) ,she has no idea how to even read an insurance card. She constantly keeps offering patients things " to buy from her car trunk, and told me I could skip to the front of the line with a $25 payment!!! I am not sure exactly what all the rules are in a medical office, but I do know that people shouldn't have medical history gawked about with waiting room patients while they are literally in the office with the doctor!! She also tried to tell me my… copay was TWICE as much as the normal amount, and seems to be keeping the overpayment for herself. To top it off, she makes fun of the doctor racially, called him " cheap" ( this was all overheard at just my second or third visit at that location. I usually, and started my doctor patient relationship through the V.A. But again, after sitting waiting for my appointment, she was doing more and more things, like make imitations of the doctor, take phone calls, then remark to various other waiting patients about the a***hole that called in, how she would have to charge him double just because she " cant stand the patient" and how he would have to wait three hours once he arrived, then break out in laughter with again, OTHER WAITING PATIENTS, while she made fun of the medical condition of the person. ( I am pretty sure there is a law that prohibits and protects us, from people sharing personal medical info about patient conditions. Anyway, due to the fact Dr Yang is such a professional, I feel bad for him. That girl is going to say so much out there, goofing around cursing, and even offering " urine test results to her friends/ patients, again, right out in the open, and right in front of other patients!!! I am soooooo scared if she is telling people about my PTSD, or making fun of it. I hope the doctor sees what a liability this girl is. BUT, I know it's only a matter of time. I have witnessed this myself. .....that this woman doesn't DESTROY my doctors reputation!!!

I first met Dr. Yang while having one of many surgeries in the hospital, he was my assigned pain management doc and had a kind and attentive bedside manor. I was back for another sugery a month later and he happed to see my name on a chart and came to check on me even though he wasn’t my assigned pain doc. His concern for my health is genuine and I asked him if he did clinic hours. I had no qualms about leaving my current pain management doc for Dr. Yang. Then I met Kathryn his nurse and wow, just wow! Kathryn really cares, and has gone above and beyond over and over again to help me. She is awesome just fabulous and has the biggest heart.

Before going to Dr Yang, I was in a very bad way . My vocation is a tennis professional . 5 yrs ago I woke up in ER pain radiating from spine and ended in the recus abdonomys wall. The pain 1 to 10 on pain scale . Was a 12. In the past 4 years I have spent well over 900,000 dollars , yes you read that correctly . Close to 1 million in Scans Chiropractics E-stim E-stym with acupuncture 4 nerve blocks under full anesthica 100 or more injections into the abdominal wall Nerve inductions Nerve electric therapies Sports massage Ultra sound therapy Even had a lithotripsy surgery hoping it would help And that is only breaking the ice of all the procedures I’ve done . I’ve had the best of the best Ut sowthwest Neuro Surgeon’s look at it . Got no where . The closest thing we could come up with is A cutaneous nerve entrapment originating from the spine manifesting into the rectus sheath. I have had plastic surgeons to look at it . Afraid to touch it . Harvard med… school nuero surgeons . With NO REAL ANSWERS All awhile going thru my everyday life and trying to muster up enough courage to go to work due to the intense pain .. I eventually had to go in FMLA DUE to this infliction / curse . I was on my last leg . Literally I was on the last rung .. Then outta no where . Dr Yang was refered out to me . He is a very well sought out physician . His credentials are nothing more than amazingly impressive and astute incredibly skilled and trained and has trained as well with the TOP in his field .. . I am a man of faith . And DR YANG IS A MIRACLE WORKER . He has completely changed my life 100%. I still have the pain but his medical prowess has gotten back to now I can provide for my family . Which besides my relationship with god is my utmost priority my family runs a close second . Very close second . And since I’ve been under his medical care I’m now able to work full time . So not only has he helped me at home . He’s helped me in my heart . I thank god everyday for Dr yang . Every morning and every night . Sincerely Joey

I had given up all hope on finding a Dr who would and could help with my pain issue without telling me it was all in my head. Medical Center of Plano sent in Dr Yang. What a God-send. Dr Yang not only listened to me but seemed to actually care about the pain I was in and how it was affecting my everyday living. He has successfully been treating my pain and has it under control now for over a year. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. I wish all my Dr's were as compassionate as Dr Yang.

He helped me with my back pain. I consider him as one of the best doctors I've ever met.
