Dr. Weiguang Ma, MD

After my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, she was experiencing severe muscle pain in her jaw. We took her to a TMJ/TMD specialist who X-rayed and saw that after her surgery with Dr. Ma, the muscles were damaged. Having a small mouth doesn't give you the right to yank a mouth open so that you can do your job! We addressed this with the doctor with no real remorse or consideration!

I suffered a traumatic facial injury injury (a ZMC fracture) from a fall. I had seen or spoken to a couple of other local doctors . Dr. Ma was recommended to me by A friend that works in the medical industry with surgeons all over the country that engage in fixative or reconstructive orthopedic surgery . He was by far the most thorough and concise doctor I spoke with, explaining exactly what he was going to do, why he was going to do it, and how he was going to do it...,, showing me on a model skull what the injury looked liked and how best to fix it....and WHY. (Which was very important to me because there were numerous options previously suggested to effect this repair ......But as far as he was concerned there was only one which was the one he demonstrated and explained in detail to me...) So there was absolutely no question in my mind what was going to happen and very little question in my mind what the outcome is going to be . Nothing was a problem..... his staff were… amazing they made all the phone calls and all the arrangements to get me fast tracked for my preop got me scheduled and got my surgery done almost immediately (a day as I recall) 3 1/2 hours of surgery and I ended up with four titanium plates in my face and once the swelling subsided there was absolutely no indication that I had ever had an injury of any kind ...and the symmetry of my face was accurately and perfectly restored . As it turned out because of his extensive experience, this terrifying injury for me was a relatively simple day at the office for him. And I feel very lucky to have found him.
