The doctor is great, but the biller is a joke. I've been fighting to be reimbursed $200 for a year with no luck. I've done everything she's asked, brought all the documented proof (more than once), and she won't even return my calls. If it wasn't for this I would give them a higher rating.

I've been seeing Dr.Zhao for 3 years. I have had only good experiences. He helped me with my Migraines. He also diagnosed and treated my neck/back and knee pain. I am pleased with the treatment I've received. I find Dr.Z to be kind, courteous and professional.

ONE OF THE WORST PRACTICES EVER. CONSTANT TURN AROUND IN OFFICE STAFF. NO ONE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF INSURANCE PROCEDURES. WE WERE REQUIRED TO MAKE A FULL OFFICE PAYMENT AND THEY BILLED ARE INSURANCE. WHEN CHANGED MEDICIATION COULD NOT GET BACK IN WHEN THE MEDICATION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL

I was referred to Dr Zhao by my primary care doctor for headaches and vision changes. He was hard to understand at first but you get into the rhythm of his accent. He treated me fine and seemed to be knowlegeable. However, it was the billing and the follow-up with his staff that was especially frustrating. After MRIs, should you call them? They call you? How long do you wait to call??? When should your next appointment be? When you've had to pay up front for an appointment, should they bill your insurance? How do you get YOUR money back? Do you have proof you already paid?? When you're already dealing with medical issues, you need to be reassured that you at least are dealing with an office that is being run professionally and efficiently. Calls can take days to be returned. I don't have the time, energy, or money to spend getting the run around from this office so I am looking elsewhere for help. I'd caution any (potential) patient to watch their payments & insurance… paperwork carefully; keep everything!
