Dr. Weimin K Hu, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr Hu for many years. Te Mohs surgery has proven to be beneficial. With an on-site pathology lab, Dr Hu can be certain she’s removed all of the cancerous tissue on a single visit. The entire staff is amazing, the doctors, residents, PAs, nurses, and others involved in patient care perform as a team. Each person is knowledgeable and with proficient skills essential in this type of special patient care. In addition they are professional, personable, and courteous, ensuring the patient is comfortable at all times. Dr Hu and her team explain the procedure as well as aftercare, always asking if there are any questions. One of the many things I find comforting is that someone from the office calls the evening after surgery to check on you. Much appreciated. This practice is well organized and professional, with outstanding staff at every level. Highly recommend Dr Hu and her team.

Excellent and efficient!!!

I have not seen a dermatoligist in over 6 years because of how I was treated by Dr. Hu. I went for a spot in my back and when she walked in, she waved her hand in front of my face in a circular motion and said, “we need to do something about this”. I was mortified. Iam finally going to go to another dermatologist and explain how mortified I was. I am a strong headed person and don’t get butt hurt from peoples words, but to have a doctor do this was horrible.

I have had treatment from Dr hu and her partner DR Bennett. a couple of times. First time I had malignant melanoma which could be a fatal diagnosis. I never received got a notification of the Diagnosis but someone in the office posted that I did receive a call and that a fax was sent to Dr Hu. All untrue. No call or fax until I called two MONTHS later. I now have had biopsies over two weeks ago and when I call the clerk tells me that the Biopsies were benign. No path report or a call. Asked for her to please call me and she refused.

Dr. Hu is a superb dermatologist, and her surgery assistant, Nancy, also excels. I highly recommend both of them. As a teacher, I give them a grade of A!

My first experience with skin Cancer, specifically melanoma. I was contacted immediately upon determination of the biopsy. Dr Hu personally contacted me to advise of finding and urged quick surgery. My experience with 100% of the Dr and Staff was professional, knowledgeable, timely and made me feel at ease. Tis facility and the professional staff gets a 100% approval and my recommendation.

Dr Hu is an excellent doctor and surgeon. We have been her patients for skin cancer treatment for quite a few years. We recommend her for all my friends and family.

Did a MOHS procedure and messed it up. This doctor was not available when I called with post-operative complications. I called several times over several days and the doctor never called me back. I ended up having to go to the emergency room.

She sprayed solution on but not enough so the problem was not removed. When I went back she said I would have to pay full price for another treatment.
