Weldon Haw, MD

Dr. Haw performed my cataract surgery a couple of years ago and I continue to see him for my regular eye checks. He came highly recommended by several of my friends at church . He is highly sought after so you may have to wait a bit longer to get a surgery appointment. It is well worth the wait! You only have 1 set of eyes! One of the ladies who checked me into my appointment mentioned that Dr. Haw does all the VIPs who need cataract surgery. He is very down to earth despite his pedigree training (Stanford).

He puts that in with out informing the patient! Beware, he does not inform patient and look at their foreign body reactions in their overly available health history in the past. He is much older than his picture. He gives out non productive loose referrals. His treatment is indicative of Chinese towards light skinned American people by his own design.

I should have writing this review earlier, but my life got a bit busy after my surgery. I want to make sure that you should consider Dr. Weldon Haw, MD, at Shiley Eye Center if you are looking to have cataracts surgery. After a year of debating if I should get the surgery for fear of having complications since my eyes are essential for me as an artist, I noticed that colors were not bright, and I was having problems using my contact lens. I got a recommendation from a friend; her husband had surgery, and his doctor was Dr. Haw for his surgery and was pleased with the results. I can't express how happy I'm from having the surgery done. I can see correctly, and the colors are beautiful. I can't emphasize the importance of following the instructions after surgery. You will not regret it! 20/20 vision after a lifetime of corrective contact lenses!

Dr. Haw is GREAT !!! My husband had surgery with him and it worked out so well that when it came for my turn, I also had him correct my eyes ! Surgery is quick and easy. Now I see perfectly !! Thank you for my new eyes !!!

My wife had surgery with him and she did great! So when it was my turn, I also requested him. Needless to say, my surgery also went great! Very smooth, no pain, fast, with great results! He takes the time to make you comfortable. I would only let Dr. Haw touch my eyes!
