I always experience quality care and attention by Dr Brockbank and his staff. I've been going to him for over 30 years.

Amazing dentist and staff. Always a great experience. Very honest and good ethics. After moving an hour away I still make the trip to keep seeing him for all dental needs. Worth the trip and money.

My wife went here a few months ago in need of a root canal. The Psycho working here then proceeded to drill a hole clean through into my wife's sinuses. She now has trouble breathing/sleeping and functioning in general. She has been told by an ACTUAL doctor(as well as 2 other dentists) that she will need to have surgery on her sinuses to repair the hack-job. As if this wasn't bad enough, after we refused to pay the full amount for a job NOT done (she had to go right back in to another dentist to have the tooth pulled anyway, thank you Salem Smiles!!) he then turns around and files a lawsuit against us for the remainder. No phone call or letter asking for a payment. Straight to lawsuit. I am not the only one with this issue. A good friend of mine recently went there (after I BEGGED her not to, for her own safety) and instead of pulling the tooth needed, this idiot broke the tooth off at the gum and it bled for three days resulting in an ER visit. Even if the service is cheap… and delivered with a smile, it doesn't matter if they ruin the rest of your life in the process.

ATTENTION ANYONE WHO NEEDS DENTAL WORK! Do not go to dr brockbank for dental work. He is a complete fool who knows nothing about how to work on teeth. All he will do is screw up your mouth to the point where you need to either go back constantly or so badly you will need surgery. Then he will turn around and sue you before you ever have a chance to pay. (Of course who would pay for the quality of work you can get yourself with a hacksaw and some pliers anyway?) He is worse than the most underhanded of backyard mechanics! Tell everyone you know and save them the agony of having to interact with this sorry excuse for a DDS! Its a trap! He will continue to get away with this until we make a stand people! If you care about the dental well-being of your loved ones spread the word so no one else falls victim to this quack!

We love Dr. Brockbank! He is very professional and great with kids. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is one of the only dental offices that allows us to make payments which is extremely helpful to us.

I love this place so much. The people are nice.
