Dr. Wen Jiang, MD

She was very nice with my daughter every time she came in to get her tubes checked in her ears. I never waited too long.

Went in to see Dr. Jiang after a long and awaited struggle with our son and his speech delay issues. Was told she was a specialist in ENT, and also speech. We were desperate for any help, suggestions, and answers towards our son's diagnosis. After waiting a month to see her, she did a very basic ENT check-up, and told us she does not deal with whatever speech issues we are concerned about. She didn't even ask many questions about "what words does he have issues with, what do his words sound like, how many words does he have." She then referred us to a speech pathologist and or to do a hearing test. I could have skipped this entire process and scheduled a hearing test or speech pathologist instead of waiting an entire month. The message she sent to us was "I am too busy, it aint my problem, try taking him elsewhere." We felt so helpless and more confused than ever.

Dr Jiang completely misdiagnosed my daughter and had to go to an Urgent care to solve her problem. She couldn't diagnose strep throat, and I left Children's feeling very frustrated. She spend about 90 seconds with my daughter before saying Tylenol and Motrin will work. I couldn't believe what she prescribed. Have lost faith in Children's ENT office.
