He is the best PCP I have had had for decades, his enthusiasm, hard work, and his understanding are always so impressive. He is always there when we need him. very professional and excellent physician

Dr Lui is great Dr and so is his staff. The problem is on billing the cost of a office visit exceeds the normal insurance payment and then patient is left with the balance . Not all insurance company's pay the same so now I'm stuck looking for a doctor that will agree to the insurance terms it's a shame insurance company puts patient against doctor when it should be doctor and work out their pay issues.

Try to call and no one answers forever. Prescriptions take forever to be called in.

He is a wonderful doctor, very caring. He never makes you feel rushed. However, do not like his PA.
