Dr. Wenbiao Zhang, MD

Dr. Zhang takes sufficient time with each patient to inform himself of the patient's physical and mental conditions, and gives the patient sufficient time to express their thoughts and concerns. He addresses specific healthcare issues with competence. One issue that Dr. Zhang does not appear to be trained in is the relatively new healthcare issue of medical aid-in-dying ("MAiD") under California's End of Life Option Act (2016, amended 2021). For that reason I selected a new primary physician who is trained in MAiD.

He misdiagnosed me. I felt a lump in my armpit the size of a golf ball. He said there’s nothing in there. I insisted. He gave me an antibiotic instead. I told him to have me for biopsy. He was adamant of getting it done for me saying it most likely just a swelling. 2 days later , my biopsy showed metastasis stage 3 . I went through surgery, chemo and radiation therapy. If I did not insist on my lump that he said there’s nothin there, I will be dead by now. That’s the last time I saw him. I never went back. It is very crucial in finding a GOOD doctor if you want to LIVE.
