Dr. Wendy Marilyn Buchi, MD

I was looking for a new doctor and checked reviews on yelp and vitals. She has great reviews and my experience was great! I've been to see her 3 times. She listens, doesn't seem distracted or rushed, and has a friendly & professional bedside manner. I've had convenient blood work done twice and the office for that is right down the hall. Pam, her assistant, is equally pleasant and extremely competent. I've been contacted by phone and email with test results. All my appointments have been on time with the exception of this last one. The office is clean and tastefully decorated which one would expect in La Jolla. I really like Dr. Buchi and would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I’ve been going to Dr. Buchi for 10 years. She is attentive,caring and never makes me feel rushed. Her follow through is excellent and she has even emailed me information based on discussions we had in her office. I won’t go to anyone else.

Dr. Buchi has been our Physician for the last 14 years. My sisters and I could not be more grateful to her and her staff. Thank u for taking such good care of us.

I just moved here to San Diego and was worried about finding a doctor that will spend time listening to my concerns and also sharing real life information that can be incorporated into a daily routine without being crazy. Dr. Buchi listed to me, ran some tests (that day, in the lab next door) and shared my results by the end of the day. She also gave me a couple of pointers about how to make some small changes in what i do daily to really kick my health up a notch (i'm already pretty healthy, but struggling to lose weight now that i'm > 50).

Highly recommend Dr. Buchi!!! I used to dread going to my annual appointment with my previous doctor, but Dr. Buchi makes me so feel so much more at ease and comfortable. She is very thorough and professional. Her bedside manner is great. I was very dissatisfied with my last gynecologist and I am so glad that I found her. I have finally found a gyn that I feel comfortable with. Also, the blonde woman working at the front desk is beyond kind and she made my visit that much more pleasant. Dr. Buchi is in high demand and I can see why! Can't say enough good things about her!
