Wendy wasn't much help, she acted as if I was an inconvenience to her.

She was very good at explaining and understood my medical reason for being there. She ordered the labs that I had coming up, made sure she ran test to ensure complete evaluation of reason was noted. I was very impressed. She also because of service dog had lab come to room and kept things calm.
