Down to earth, compassionate psychiatrist. Treats her patients with kindness and puts thought into what medication she thinks will help. Staff is not very competent, but I would still recommend Dr. Doran highly

After over three years of seeing her , I attempted suicide. Afterwards, I tried to reach her three times and was never called back. When I went to my scheduled appointment, she lied and said she did call me(she only gas my cell number and there is no record of her call). She then a Baker Acted me; one month after my suicide attempt.

The office staff is rude. Very unkind and unprofessional. Only telling the truth.

Probably effective with Meds & very helpful applying directly to Pharmaceutical companies for free Meds if uninsured/ income eligible. Downside: not a diagnostician, not a listener, more of a babbler, yet again I believe very knowledgeable about efficacy of various Meds.

This woman is a prescription writer and nothing else. She is not listening, she makes limited eye contact (watches her computer screen) and she missed my diagnosis by a mile. I would tell anyone looking for a careful diagnostician to stay far away. When I had an adverse reaction to the meds she prescribed and called the office, her advice was "Stop taking them". No offer to rethink or tweak. A waste of time and money...

I think I have been mostly depressed most of my life. I was seeing another psychiatrist. He kept putting me on different medications. They would work at first and when they stopped working, we would try another cocktail. After many years, he said I had one manic state, which could mean I was bipolar. He started treated me for bipolar disorder. After awhile, I felt like I had a lobotomy. I finally decided to find another psychiatrist. Wendy was smart enough to keep me on the bipolar medicine until she could evaluate me. She said that she did not think I was bipolar. I am now stable and steady and really never felt better. She is easy to talk to and she not afraid to prescribe the correct medication. I highly recommend her.
