Dr. Hurst has been my doctor for 15 years. She was recommended to me by a highly knowledgeable source in the medical field, and I am very grateful to have found her. Her medical abilities are first-rate, and I trust her completely. But I also love her ability to connect on a human, woman-to-woman basis. I would recommend her without reservation.

Dr Wendy Hurst has been my gynecologist for many years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and has guided me through many decisions with my health. I trust her expertise and feel comfortable reaching out to her with any questions I may have in regards to my health and well being.

I was a patient of Dr. Hurst for a little over a year. In that time, I had 2 annual visits, a sick visit and a visit to replace my IUD. The Good: I had no issues with Dr. Hurst's ability as a doctor, the nursing staff is kind, and the office is beautifully maintained. The Bad: Unnecessarily expensive, even with my insurance! Made worse by the fact that at my follow-up appt to insert my IUD, they had FORGOTTEN to order it, and so I had to make another appointment. But I was billed full price for BOTH appointments AND THEN my insurance wouldn't cover the repeat services because Dr. Hurst performed the same labs at both appts even though they were weeks apart! But the NUMBER ONE reason I stopped going to Dr. Hurst was her attitude. You are so vulnerable when you are spread on that table, and every time she made me feel EMBARRASSED and ASHAMED and like she didn’t want to touch me. I don’t understand why she is a gyno when she is clearly GROSSED OUT by women’s anatomy. I… have been to many gyno’s over the years, men and women, and I have never felt so horrible as after an appt with Dr. Hurst.

Dr. Hurst seems born to be a doctor. She's friendly but no-nonsense, and so gratifyingly thorough. She leaves no stone unturned if she sees anything of concern - or potential concern - yet is in no way an alarmist: she manages to share information without provoking anxiety, yet be sternly adamant that you follow through on the course she sets. That she cares deeply about women's health is patently obvious, which is itself deeply gratifying. I made a joke during the exam along the lines of "better you than me" and she did NOT laugh - her rejoinder was that she loved her job. I understand: she's excellent at it. As a 50-something woman, I found my last gynecologist to be less interested in his "gyn" than his "ob" patients. Dr. Hurst's care and competence provide such relief and evoke much gratitude, as I know I'm in truly capable hands. I didn't think doctors like her existed anymore. And her staff is AMAZING: friendly, competent, helpful, and patient. I am SO GRATEFUL my… mother found Dr. Hurst listed as a top doc in my area and recommended her to me. Go, Mom. Go, Dr. Hurst. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

It infuriates me to think of how my appointments went with Dr. Hurst. She actually told me to stop telling her symptoms I was experiencing. She did not listen to me as I spoke to her and asked me to repeat information several minutes later. I told her I felt something was wrong and on more than one occasion she made comments like “you don’t seem like you’re in terrible pain,” meanwhile I had a disease that she did not diagnose.

Dr. Hurst and her staff are wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!!!

Dr. Hurst is so warm & caring. Best bedside manner ever! Very knowledgable & keep her patients updated. The office staff goes above & beyond & is amazing! I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Hurst is a compassionate, professional and highly skilled physician. She provides individualized woman’s health care in an amazing way with great bedside manner. Her staff is kind, caring and true professionals at their jobs. It is clear that each staff member including Dr. Hurst cares about their patients and gives their heart’s to make sure excellent medical care is give. And her practice is welcoming, peaceful and setting is clean. I would highly recommended patients to her, including my family who also sees her.

Kudos to Dr. Hurst and her staff!! I have been a patient for a couple of years now. I also have several medical issues that require me to see several doctors. I can honestly say Wendy Hurst's office us the office of caring. The Dr..is thoughtful, kind, gentle and she takes time to listen and engage. Her knowledge offers you options for treatments. Her MA Pam goes above and beyond her duties and is a true benefit for patients. Check in with Robin and check out with Mary a breeze. The manager Ruth also friendly, caring and kind. Waiting time is minimal, and the office decor is absolutely beautiful and most of all clean. What more can a patient ask for. Everyone is a delight and I want to thank you all for making my visits a joy.
