Ya me lo había dicho y volví. A caer en el error de volver donde l Dra lee Fui por una corrección de una cirugía que me hizo anteriormente y por solo subir el desgarro q tenía en mi ojo izquierdo me dieron una cuenta en la hora de la cirugía de 39.mil llegando a 40.mil Por una simple corrección Me parece insólito y lo más horrible fue que me cobraron unos deducibles que no puedo pagar me han mandado unas cuentas terrible Y no me siento satisfecho con la corrección q hizo ahora quede peor con un arugado de piel y en la punta quedó como abierta la piel Y cuando fui a la consulta no me escuchó mi inquietud y fue tan rápido su visita y a ella contestaba todos bien y no me hizo caso omiso a mi queja Le falta que tenga más parte humana para dirigir e a los pacientes Y dedicarse el tiempo q uno se merece ya q ellos no me esta regalando nada Lo q ello me han es perjudicado en todo los sentidos Por lo tanto no la recomiendo

I just had surgery 6 weeks ago with Dr Lee. Dr Lee is OUTSTANDING very professional and very knowledgeable . Dr Lee explained in detail the procedure I was planning to have. And clearly explained my options since I was on blood thinners . Dr Lee communicated with my cardiologist and followed exactly what my cardiologist wanted I am so happy with my surgery with Dr Lee and her team

Dr Lee did not take the time to carefully explain the options or outcomes for my problem and did not listen to me or act like she cared about the procedure. Because she has a good reputation, I withstood her very cold disinterested demeanor. They run patients through like cattle at Bascom Palmer., and it i seems like she is interested in doing as many surgeries as possible and not really helping her patients.

my doctor highly recommended Dr. Lee to me. My situation was special because Im not living in Miami and have no American insurance since Im living in the UK. I was even willing to extend my stay just to get a chance to see her and to receive her advice what to do next about my eye problem which Im already suffering since years. When I called the office to make an appointment they said the next available appointment would be in about 2 months.. when explained my situation with the comment that the appointment won’t take longer than 10 min..it didn’t change anything. My current doctor than emailed her to inform her directly to let her know that I would show up when she is next in Miami, happy to wait.. So I did. I had to wait an hour. The end of the story is that they wanted me to pay 600 US Dollars to talk to her for a few minutes!! what an attitude...Im still shocked..I left I totally regret to have followed my doctors advice. I could have safed lots of time and energy and… definitely safed LOTS of money!

Dr . Lee did both upper and lower eye lid surgery to remove bags , dark circles and fat. I look 15 years younger, and I am 50. She is an amazing person, very professional and I would highly recommended her to anyone. And of course, she is at the best eye hospital in the country , that alone is outstanding I now see her for all my eye care needs. Frederic S. Miami Beach

I did my ptosis surgery by Dr. Wendy W Lee. The reason that I finally choose her is because I lived in Florida and don't want to go long distance. Also because she belong to Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, No. 1 eye hospital in US. But I do not realized that many ophthalmologists are trained here. I told Dr. Lee before surgery that she should be THE ONLY ONE to do the surgery and NO ONE else. Her team reconfirmed with me right before the surgery. The whole teams lied. My surgery still done by two doctors. Left eye by Dr. Lee and right eye by a trainee (trainee sit on my right side and Dr. Lee sit on top of my head). The trainee spent about 40 plus minutes and Dr. Lee spent about 15 minutes. I was awake the whole process. I know every single detail like whose hand is moving and where the stitches come from. I also heard their conversations even their voice is very low. Dr. Lee was still teaching him. I won't be able to walk away cause I already paid a total of $8,000 before the surgery.… Yes, the surgery is not cheap. There is no surprise that my two eyes looked differently after surgery. Stitches on one eye is tighter than the other. I even won't be able to see one direction with both eyes cause the stitches drag them to different directions. The feeling is so weird and I am afraid to do eye contact with other people. I ask her if she can do some adjustment. She told me the surgery is permanent. I have all pics from day 1 to day 60. The first 3 months after the surgery are nightmares for me. Now they looked better after the swelling gone. But people can still tell the difference right away. Most people Prefer the job done by the trainee. Is that funny? I post this review to let people know she is the worst and irresponsible doctor I have ever seen. Save your money and go somewhere else. Be cautious to these type of hospitals cause they have trainees all the time and these trainees need practice. So they lied to their patients and you probably will be the next victim.

Horrible Dr. She didn't listen to me, I know my body. She made a lot of facial expressions her body language and intelligence is certainly not directed to help the patient. She not there to help.

I was referred to her for Lasik. Basically she came in and was not exactly friendly. She checked my eyes, told me I was a candidate and to schedule and appointment with the front desk. That was it, end of visit. I did not like her and would not recommend her

I was sent to Dr Lee for Occular enlargement of the eyes due to Graves disease. Dr. Lee recommended thyroid removal rather than this operation as thryoud removal stops or cures the disease 60% of the time. It has worked. Her sataff has followed up. Her recommendation allowed me to have a much simpler operation. Everyone thinks surgeons only want to operate by Dr.Lee is different. I think she's great.
