I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Levinbook. As the caregiver for an elderly gentleman who takes a blood thinner, I recently faced a very stressful situation after he had a cancerous spot removed. The surgical site began bleeding heavily, and I called the emergency on-call number for guidance. What happened next was truly extraordinary. After I left a message with the call center, Dr. Levinbook personally followed up—not just once, but multiple times throughout the morning. Beginning at 6:00 AM on a weekend, on her day off, she called approximately every hour to check on his condition, provide guidance, and make sure the bleeding was under control. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to patient care went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Knowing she was monitoring the situation so closely gave me tremendous peace of mind during a very frightening experience. It is rare to find a physician who combines such professional expertise with genuine… kindness and concern for her patients. We are incredibly grateful for her exceptional care and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dermatologist who truly goes above and beyond.

The review is not about Dr. Levinbook at all. I am an employee at Hartford Healthcare trying to make an appointment for a critical condition. The website says that both doctors in the practice are accepting new patients. When I called, this unbelievably rude and disrespectful person named Danielle or Daniella answered the phone. She didn't even let me get the words out my mouth before saying that the practice wasn't accepting new patients. This girl has no business working in the healthcare field let alone in the front office answering phones. She completely brushed me off when I told her I was still talking when she was about to hang up the phone. I explained that I was an employee and she had very poor phone etiquette and should not be working answering phones. She bluntly said OK, as if saying "ok, yeah, and?" I was completely appalled by this behavior. It's unfortunately to be an employee looking for great service to doctors that come highly recommended yet they have people working… in their office like Danielle/a, who have no people skills, and does not any kind of care. I'm so disappointed. I hope they get a new receptionist.

I was impressed no waiting and very professional.. Great service from the staff.. I was out of the office before my scheduled time..

Very professional and kind. She also made me feel at ease because I was quite nervous one visit in particular. She always answers my questions. Office staff are like family to our family.

I almost canceled my appointment based upon negative reviews, but I am very happy I did not. Her staff was helpful and friendly and Dr. Levinbrook was thorough, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. I would recommend her.

Do not find her bedside manners good. She acts like she has better things to do and honestly was a waste of my time and money going to her. Her mind is elsewhere and she did a full body check in 2mins and didn't even really do a check. Do not recommend. Was very unhelpful and uncaring.
