Dr. Wendy Eileen Roberts

Suggested a liquid facial , took my money without explaining the procedure. Decided not to do it because of my health issues. She refused to refund my money. Be very careful to read anything you sign as they do not go by the rules set forth by the law ie Patients Rights and refused to give me all of my medical records. Business practices are questionable.

I was referred to Dr Roberts by a dermatologist at the University of Texas, before I moved to this area 10 years ago. My experience with Dr Roberts has been exceptional. She has seen me through the years since my arrival......from skin infection, to cosmetic dermatological procedures, to medically supervised weight loss. I am grateful for her experience and her warm personality. She keeps me healthy and looking good. And her seminars are marvels of information for the general public. Her staff has worked diligently on my huge file, including Jocelyn at the front desk and Cathy in the office. Everyone is curtious, welcoming and friendly. I receive personal reminder phone calls and sharing of information as required, always on time. I want to specifically say some kind words about Michelle. She is Dr Robert's medical assistant, cosmetic and financial coordinatator. She keeps good track of my file and appointments, past and future. She also was able to get a prior… authorization approval for medication through a difficult insurance company, bringing down the cost to a reasonable value. Good job Michelle! In summary, I very highly recommend Dr Wendy Roberts and her staff. They work to provide professional service. I am most grateful to be their patient.

I have had excellent results with Dr Roberts. Her cosmetic dermatology is super skilled with natural results. She has been consistent and reliable with my results for a decade.

I went there for a consultation and was stunned on how over priced she is. i was trying to express what i wanted, but she kept ignoring me and got rude. I felt like all they wanted was to get my money. when they told me it was going to be $5000 for injecting my face with botox and fillers, i about fell over. Then, she told me i would have to go back for maintenance every 6 months. That was crazy!!!

Took her time speaking with me and after some testing quickly determined what my problem was and what I needed- very grateful.

I like this place, her prices are to expensive.

My husband had been going to Wendy Roberts for a few years, He developed a skin problem which kept getting worse and worse. She took 2 biopsies and promised she could "make it better" She never called back with the results or returned our calls to see what she found. So much for having 2 wounds for nothing. He's seen another doctor who seems to care about his health. Dr. Roberts dropped the ball.

Dr. Wendy Roberts - Make sure you call her exactly Dr. Wendy Roberts or she'll put you down for your error. Beside manner sucks. Went for an annual check up for the first time and she took two samples. Claimed I would have biopsy results in two weeks. Called 2 1/2 weeks later and the results were in but no one had time to read them. It's now exactly 3 weeks and I have called 3 times and still no one has had the time to read the results and give them to me. PASS ON THIS OFFICE. Their primary purpose also is to push their cosmetic line and services.

Dr. Wendy Roberts from Rancho Mirage was the dermatologist that helped greatly in overcoming an eczema outbreak that threatened to end my snowbird time in the desert. It was an absolute miracle the way she was able to see me on a very short notice, especially appreciated by me, a canadian as we cannot get to such a doctor in a short time. She diagnosed me quickly and then gave me with one injection producing a great relief after having been unable to sleep for many nights, scratching myself nearly bloody and enduring heavy pain. An absolute marvel of a doctor, full of compassion and knowledge of my skin condition, which I had on and off for years with no help from family doctor or Dermatologist here in British Columbia.
