Dr. Wendy Rose-Hyatt

I'm not comfortable with selecting a dentist only to have a substitute provided. Became I have connections I was able to get information on Rose Hyatt but I haven't been able to get info on the substitute dentist. An implant that has lasted 10 years was questioned by the substitute. I am aware that Doctors use the phrase that it was a judgement call to alleviate themselves of responsiblity. If the substitute dentist will put her opinion in writing, I will present this to the responsible oral surgeon and dentist.

Have made 3 visits so far; great chairside manner; virtually no pain; one cleaning; 2 fillings; 1 crown; no wasted time when in the chair.

Dr. Rose-Hyatt and staff were very friendly. I was very anxious going to the dentist and she made me feel very calm and at ease. She explained everything that was going to happen and kept asking me if I was alright. I really left there trusting her. I would refer her to all my friends and family

Went here to fix a uncapped crown from my previous Dr. The cap came off after two days after she fix it and she dont guarantee her work and blamed the previous Dr. from their work. She cut my gums without giving me a prescription. Ask for antibiotic the third day because of inflamed infected gum and was told she cant do it. This Doctor is a complete joke, she should have told me if she cant do the job because after calling her she told me she cant do it anymore and i needed to go back to my previous Dr. who did it... or pay another round of bill if she is going to do it herself...
