Dr. Wendy I Wexler, MD

She's a rock star, every time my kids are sick or need something called in, she gets us in fast or called over to the pharmacy. She also calls back on the answering service fast. She takes the time to listen and understand what's concerning about my child. Just an AMAZING provider.

I was able to get in fairly quickly which is not common and now I know why. I don't imagine this rude abrasive woman has a patient on her roster except for the fact that we had a fairly early appt and she was 40 minutes late to it. She made it clear that I'd failed as a parent because everything I've done for my 4 year old was clearly wrong. My daughter was frightened of her because of the way she addressed me. Thank god there are plenty of peds in the area because we've already found a new one that we love.

I didn't see Dr Wexler in her office, but rather she was the pediatrician on call when I delivered my child. So I cannot speak for her office demeanor, however I can speak for my hospital experience. If you are looking for someone warm and fuzzy she is not it. As brand new parents with a baby less than 6 hours old she did not do anything to make us feel comfortable. She walked into the room wearing street clothes and all she said was I'm here to look at the baby. She never introduced herself or explained what she was doing to our child. We had to ask all the questions. If you like someone who is all business maybe she's for you, however we want someone who is kind, friendly, and informative. She was very cold and made the experience very unpleasant for us.

Dr. Wexler is a great doctor! I recommend her to everyone!
