Dr. Wendy Wing-Heen Lo Wong, MD

I actually created a fake account just so I could write a review without putting it out there I had plastic surgery. I have done several procedures over the last year in Wong’s office. I started with Coolsculpting. When I walked into the office I was immediately stuck with how clean, hip and nice the place was, which was in great contrast to the stairwell up to the office?? The nurse I had was the kindest person ever. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The room was very nice, warm blankets, robes, pillows, big TV with Netflix. What a great excuse to actually watch TV in the middle of the day. I had “interviewed” every doctor on the coast and a couple in the Bay Area for a breast exchange and lift, over the past year. I had even decided on my doctor for the procedure. At the last minute I decided to do one last “interview” just so I could tell myself I checked with EVERYONE. I switched my doctor that day. There was something about Wong and the way she listened, and… offered her opinions that really resonated with me. I couldn’t be happier. She went so far above and beyond my expectations with my exchange, lift, and lipo which I decided on last minute since I was already under. I was so nervous before my surgery and day of, but Wong was never bothered by me and my craziness. She made me feel so welcome to call for any concern no matter how small, both before and after the surgery. My results were amazing, so much more than I ever would have imagined and I do not say that lightly, I have very high expectations. Dr Wong really spent the time to sculpt and new waist for me, and my breast are really beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. I have since done Botox, eye fillers, and Kabella done in her office. Again, another wonderful, very informative nurse who took her time with getting it just right. I had done Kabella a couple times at another office, but this was different. The nurse spent so much time just preparing for the injections and really getting all her dots in the right spot. The pain was so much less in this office as they put lidocaine in the Kabella. What a huge difference. The same nurse had the same attentive care with my Botox and fillers. I have since recommended Wong to several others and the two whom went through with their surgeries couldn’t be happier either. They are both so pleased with their results.

This surgeon did a very inferior surgical procedure. She may have become a plastic surgeon because of her own deformity but she will never have your best interest at heart. Don't be fooled by her pretend interest in your issues.
