NIGHTMARE RECEPTIONIST â?? The receptionist at this dental office is awful. I should have read all the reviews before I chose this dental office for me and my kids. The dentist's are nice and the dental assistance are nice as well. But the receptionist is dishonest and rude! The receptionist tried to over charge me for my crown. When I called my insurance company to verify the charges they told me it was to be $175 less. When I called the receptionist back I had to argue with her for 20 minutes before she finally agreed to call my insurance company and verify the pricing herself. She never called me back so after a week I called her and she finally admitted she had incorrectly quoted me. I asked her why she never called me back and she just avoided the question and she never even apologized! This is just one of the many issues I have had with this office. They NEVER return phone calls. They ALWAYS quote the incorrect price and they never fully explain the procedure or what will be… happening at your next appointment. I don't know why they continue to employ this receptionist as it is clear from all the reviews that she is the reason the patients are leaving and going elsewhere. The last time I spoke to her she just hung up on me! I hope they come to their senses soon!
