Dr. Wenjing Tao, MD

If I could give a zero star, I definitely would. This doctor cares about everything but babies. We started visiting her since our baby was born. The first visit seemed ok. The nurses and the doctor had an ok attitude. The third time, I went to Her for filling a medical form for the baby. I asked her for suggestions of reliefing baby’s eczema. She said the baby has to be there. Ok fine so the 4th time we visited her for eczema, they had an issue with our insurance. The front desk didn’t know how to take care of our insurance and kept asking us for deductible, which we shouldn’t pay upfront. It is clearly said in the insurance policy. But they didn’t understand. The doctor was already in the room treating the baby, but when she heard about the insurance issue that the front desk couldn’t deal with, she stopped right away and left. She claimed we had to pay before she saw the baby. I had to watch my baby having itchy skin and watch her leave the room. I even asked the front desk if we can… visit the doctor today and deal with the insurance after the visit cuz a 3-month old baby was waiting to be seen. And this is not the first time we’ve been there. They dealt with our insurance all the time since the first visit. They refused. They insisted I had to pay cash. Patient has to pay the price of the doctor’s office not be able to understand the insurance policy. All they want is to take the money from patient and not treating them well even getting paid. I would not recommend this doctor to any families because as a pedestrian, she doesn’t have the heart of sincerely treating kids.

Yesterday was a bad office visited for my daughter. Dr. Tao did a Throat inflammation test for my daughter and I only ask her when can I get the result. She gave me answer “why you are so rush for the result!?” ( Bc during my daughter’s office visit, Dr. Tao’s friend come to visited her and her friends child needs a flu shot) turns out I can’t ask her anything. And this is not the FIRST that she done this to us

My office visit was terrible. The average waiting time is about two hours. The doctor was too busy to listen and answer questions.she spent 5 minutes with each patient and won't really listen to parents' concerns.she just concerns about the money and you paid the co-pay or not. I won't recommended anyone to see this doctor. it is waste time and waste money.I would give no star if there was an option.

Excellent doctor who is great with kids. Easy to understand. Weekend wait time can be long. New facility is clean and organized. Staff can be impatient at times.

I think the best pediatrician we ever been, the staff is very nice. The wait time is good but not on Saturday. We are happy to be here.

the doctor do not really check the kid. and examaination base on graphic of medical term. and not really take the parents concern serious and do not really answer the full question the parents ask. find this doctor hard to connect in the concern of the child.
