Dr. Wenying Yan, MD

My husband and i have been her patients since 2015. She is very nice and professional doctor, and she works very hard and really care about her patients, my hubby and i went to see her, and she usually give us a call to follow up even when she was off duty. Here are lots of bad review about her, especially about the waiting time, we went to see other doctors before her. The waiting time is very reasonable. Thanks Dr. Yan

Dr Yan is the best doctor. She is very helpful. I want to thank her for all her help every time I have a appointment. There are alot of ungrateful patients who take her for granted. Very nice to see you today.

Dr. Wenying Yan is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever experienced. Her staff is rude and uncourteous and she doesn't seem to care about patient privacy or HIPAA at all. It appears that she is using unsanitary and cheap supplies to do patient checkups. Some of the items in her office are very questionable. Wait times are long.

My family has been treated by Dr Yan for about 8 years, we were one of her first patients when she opened her practice. Our experience has been very diffrent than the previous reviews. There is often a fairly long wait, but this is because she is very through and dosen't rush your visit. Dr Yan has a very kind and compassionate bedside manner, and takes the extra time to explain diagnosis and treatments. Dr. Yan is very knowledgeable and intelligent in not only conventional treatments, but also in more holistic healthcare approaches. Her staff is also very polite and helpful. I recommend Dr Yan to everyone for all of these reasons. She also treats my husband who hates going to any doctor, and Dr Yan is the only physician he has ever trusted.

You often have to wait at least an hour before they call on you and once you get inside you need to wait another hour before the doctor come to you for just few minutes. Her attitude is rude, impatience, and really don't care about its patients at all. I would never come back again for her.

Call office serval time, but office staff have no idea how to handle problem. They always said they will call back, but never will.
