I wrote to the board that 'awarded' this man AND filed a formal complaint with Henry Ford Medical, that I was assured went to the TOP. Mine was not the first, and my understanding is that it was one MANY reports of 'more agressive that necessary' exams. I have PTSD from what I witnessed. Cried for several nights. Dr. R shoved his hand down dad's throat RUBBING his pharynx for almost 5 seconds. My dad wretched violently and flailed his arms wildly. ..AFTER he BADLY scoped my dad. HORRIBLE.

I reported Dr. WCR I could NOT sleep and cried for nights after witnessing this man's abuse of my father. I was assured that my report went to the top. My complaint was NOT the first if this man is still practicing do NOT allow him to physically exam your loved one. My father wreched violently and arms flailed wildly as WCR 'scoped' then 'shoved his hand to the back of my fathers throat' examing for tumors. WHAT!?? MINUS 5 stars NOT 1 star.

All I could say is this doctor is a horrible doctor do not go to him. He not only misdiagnosed me but also screamed at me in front of his staff and other patients. I went to another ENT Doctor Who told me complete opposite of what this doctor told me and I also needed surgery and thank God my problems of sinusitis is now resolved.

Very good with slamming the door behind him I would not recommand this doctor to anyone. He was arrogant and was unwilling to listen to me or let me ask questions.

He rebuilt my left ear with Mohs surgery in 2006. Had extensive Basal cell damage. The job is incredible. He is business like but provides great service and follow up. I doubt that there is a better option for such surgery.
