Dr. Wesley Gene Bradford, MD

Dr. W. Bradford is a rare find these days. He is committed to helping his patients. His rates are extremely reasonable compared to most functional medicine doctors, N.D.s and M.D.s that treat by healing, not drugging symptoms into submission. I feel like I am in medical school when I consult with him. He has incredible integrity and is committed to your healing journey. He prescribes carefully following the doctors oath,"first, do no harm." His knowledge in chemical injury is excellent. My previous MD was an expert in chemical injury/ MCS. Dr. Bradford has taken over this role for me as I continue my healing path.

He means well and he's a good man, but I think he should consider retiring. It's very hard to communicate with him because he's hard of hearing, and he just goes on and on with his rant against the system without listening. He forgets things that were mentioned, and I left the office -that he shares with other professionals- feeling very upset ($300) and confused. This is not good, especially for a functional medicine doctor. I feel bad to leave this review, because I'm sure he's been a good doctor to a lot of people, but patients matter more, I'm sorry.

I highly recommend Dr. Bradford if you want to get to the root of the problem and achieve optimum health. If you are used with being seen by an MD for 7-10 minutes, prepare to spend 2 hours with Dr. Bradford on your first visit.

I have some complicated medical problems and other physicians have been able to partially address each of them, but I had not been making the progress I wanted to and hoped I could. I saw Dr. Bradford - he took his time, listened and assessed my situation as unique, not as a peg that would fit his treatment scheme. He honestly customizes treatments for each patient and tries to help you save money while improving overall health. He is one of the best physicians I've ever met. He has tons of experience and really puts that to work to help his patients.

Dr. Bradford really took the time to go over my symptoms and discuss all the details. This was the first consultation and it took more than 2 hours. It is very rare that a medical doctor would dedicate so much time and be so thorough with a patient. I found Dr. Bradford through the Functional Medicine website and I am very glad I did. He is not your regular doc with a nice office and a huge overhead. He is there to get to the root of the problem and fix the cause of it, not just the symptoms.
