Dr. Wieslaw Jozef Jakubowski, MD

Dr. Jak has been my children’s pediatric for over 19 years and he’s wonderful. It’s sad to say that we will not be see him any longer due to his recent new staff. Very rude, disrespectful and NO Customer Service what so ever. This staff has no business representing Dr. Jak. My son had an appointment at 2pm and they refused to see him due to a co pay from 2013 that was not paid. I spoke with Sara over the phone to explain why I owed the balance and she couldn’t give me a date to when this balance was owed. It took for me to go over to the office to figure it out. My son had already been sitting for over an hour. At the end, in order for my son to be seen i still had to pay a copay from 2013 which I had no idea I owed, got spoken to like I was crap, was talked about right in front of my face, laughed at. The only reason why I didn’t make it a bigger issue was because my son was very sick and it was Friday. No where else would set an appointment. Words cannot explain how I felt dealing… with these girls up in the front. Warning to all, if you like dealing with trash and can complete against them by all means step right up. If you don’t have the time to mess with them, go elsewhere. I tried to explain to Dr. Jak but I was so furious that I told Dr. Jak I wasn’t coming back. The whole staff needs to be FIRED. They say save the best for last. Rachel from there billing department in SAN ANTONIO office, has been saying that the old assistant Dr. Jak had was doing things she wasn’t supposed to be doing. That’s why Monica not working there. But who am I, just another crappy patient mother talking mess. Where else would I get this information from.

The best doctor ever :)

This is one of the best children's doctor that Corpus Christi has to offer. He very understanding and very great with kids. I highly recommend to take your children to him. takes his time to see his clients.
