Great Dr! I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. I am one who has so many issues that I need someone who knows what they are doing. He is that someone. I trust what he says and the direction that he leads me in. I definitely recommend him!!

I give thanks to Dr. Mayar, he really does care about his patients. He asks different suggestions especially if you have kidney stones which way you want to he gave to to options and i said i dont care. He the doctor not me. But im thankful he was there when i needed him. Houston really does have the best doctors.

Dr. Mayer removed my donor kidney about a year ago. He explained the surgery well (with illustrations via dry erase board). Terrific follow-up. Cautious but not an alarmist. He's always so positive and energetic. I had a bladder scan as part of a follow-up. I've never found those to be particularly pleasant- he basically gave me a tour of my bladder. Much more entertaining than my last scan! He explains everything as it happens. No secrets or mystery and not too much doctor jargon.

I started seeing Dr. Mayer in 2014 - he truly is an amazing person. Never has he made me feel uncomfortable about my condition or asking all my questions. His bed side manner speaks volumes to the way he cares about his patients. Anyone who makes an appointment with him will not be sorry.

Dr. Mayer is the greatest. Personable, knowledgeable and caring. We need more doctors like him.
