Dr. Whitney Virginia Cook, MD

I highly recommend doctor Whitney cook, she is the best for women care and she is humble.

My experience with Dr Cook and her practice used to be great. In the time I have known her her service has gone right down. She is too busy for anyone and anything. My appointment I pay for is for 30 minutes, she sees me for 5 to 10 monitored and goes out and doesn’t come back. I have blood drawn and my results come back a week and a half later. My results to me do t look great and I call her office to talk with her about it. After five days of calling and leaving multiple messages for her to phone me back she does not. I answered five calls from three different nurses all calling me with my blood results. The one I spoke with today was rude to me and told me in a cheeky way that o had not spoken to her before and that the last lady o spoke to about my blood results was new and in training. None of these ladies had a clue about what I was asking and what o was talking about. The lady I spoke with today had to go back and forth with my questions to the dr and then phone me back over and… over again. She told me that dr Cook does NOT phone patients ever!!!! I didn’t want to upset her hunting get Dr Cook did phone me earlier this year. That too was after ten phone calls to ask her questions about blood results. The ladies working for her are so rude, they don’t care about how you feel and Dr Cook is downright rude. Do lot go to this practice of you want personal care from your gynaecologist as it won’t happen here. I felt ignored and insulted and treated like a child. I will never go back here ever! Don’t go here and go to someone who really cares about your health as this place does not.

There is not a better, more trusted physician than Dr. Cook. She is super intelligent, thorough and empathetic.

Dr. Cook has not ever failed to meet our medical needs. She has been friendly and professional with my daughters (17 and 20) and myself. She also has been knowledgeable on topics or medical issues we have experienced. Her empathy and compassion is always felt when we visit her. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Super stuff and atmosphere Doctor Cook is the best, made me feel welcome, definitely my top 3 doc!
