Dr. Whitney C Watson, OD

Dr. Watson's practice at this location is affiliated with Wing Eyecare. I hadn't had my vision checked in 7 years. I had relocated to the area a while back from out of state & other things had been a priority. My vision has always been fairly good, but I knew I'd been pretty foolish to neglect care for so long. What better time to correct that misstep than during a global pandemic, right? I found Dr. Watson through my insurance provider & was very pleased with my decision to visit. Requesting an appointment online was easy & I received multiple reminders/confirmations via e-mail, text & phone. I was very glad to see how seriously her office was taking the safety of its staff & patients with regard to virus protocols with their efforts to keep guests distance, clean everything & provide us with masks & sanitizer. After a preliminary exam by a welcoming & helpful assistant, I met with Dr. Watson. She was friendly, witty, informative & thorough, explaining things, encouraging… questions, & not making me feel at all rushed during testing. I was only a bit disappointed that they didn't have frames in the color & style I was looking for, but I have obnoxious taste (I wanted green ones), but they will fit them with lenses when I find frames online, so that's great. I'll be coming back again & probably won't take 7 years between visits this time.
