Dr. Wilbert Roy Warren, MD

Dr. Warren is a very nice doctor who seems to genuinely care about his patients. I have a problem with some of the staff, particularly those who man the prescription desk. They almost never answer the phone so you never know whether they've gotten your message about what medication needs to be refilled. For those prescriptions that must be picked up, they never call to tell you the script is ready to be picked up. Even if you call in during morning hours, the script that needs to be picked up won't be ready until the end of the day. That's fine, if you don't need an immediate refill. I like Dr. Warren but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Except for Jennifer, she's a peach!

Dr Warren, is very personalable and observant with his patience. He shows concern and a willingness to listen. Even though he maybe busy and not in the best of mood he still greets you with a handshake and a smile.
