Dr. Wilbur George Lineback JR., MD

I highly recommend Dr. Lineback and Justin. They listen and will answer all questions. The staff is awesome, always friendly. I have taken my daughter here for about 5 years now. Wait time is no problem.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr.Lineback for about 5 years now, He Is a excellent Doctor, He listens and is very compassionate. So is Justin the P.A. The office staff is very caring also. Hardly no wait time. I highly recommend Dr.Lineback.

My mom has been seeing Lineback for over 10 years. 2 months ago their office took a nose dive and has become the worst psychiatrist office in the area. Instead of getting their staff to answer the phone (who by the way just stand around talking) , they have now hired a phone service. So basically, you call and leave a message, Linebacks office will call you when and if they feel like it. So this also means the pharmacy cant get through to verify refills. My mom went almost 2 weeks without meds because of this game. Eventually I just started going to the office instead of calling. The older lady with long hair likes to play games and will lie to you in order to avoid any confrontation, 2 seperate times she told me she was calling to have my moms refills taken care of. The pharmacy never received a call. Finally We had to go up there and tell them we weren't leaving, till they called it in. they are also unable to keep up with appointments. Same appointment had to be rescheduled 3… times, due to their inability to write it on their books or schedule it for a time when the Dr would actually be in the office . As for the dr, hes not there to talk about your problems, help you find ways to cope with issues or offer alternative ways to help get you to the underlying issue of you problem. He is strictly there to prescribe you drugs, adjust your dosage or change your meds. Lineback gets paid a lot of money, to make you wait forever to see him, for you 10 min appointment. My mother wont be going back here. We have already found another Dr to take her as a patient. People you don't have to settle, there are other choices!

They must have the rudest and most unprofessional staff that I have ever encountered in a doctor's office much less a Walmart checkout. Calling about anything results in huffs and puffs before putting you on hold for 20 minutes. There is no ease or manners in getting answers to the most basic of questions. Scheduling/rescheduling an appointment is an absolute nightmare, look forward to scheduling a month to two months in advance. My very first appointment, they called me the day before to let me know I wasn't even seeing the doctor, but the P.A. I have enjoyed my experience w/ the doctor and p.a., but dealing w/ this type of staff especially for mental healthcare is intolerable.

Schedule an appt with Dr and he never got back from lunch so ended up seeing the PA

Please do not go to dr. Lineback!!! Horrible doctor! Misdiagnosis and just wants to medicate his patients . Does not listen well and office staff is very rude. Save your money do not go to this doctor. Wait time is 2 hours.

The office manager is quite possibly the rudest person I've ever met. It's apparent she treats the front office staff very poorly as the turnover is constant. I have a check up every three months and I've rary ever seen the same receptionist twice.
