He demonstrated no professionalism as a pain management doctor without examining nor explaining the causes of my pain. He was very late to my appointment, rude with no compassion at all. He is not a doctor to go for help.

Extremely disappointed in my appointment with Dr. Wilfred Hynes. I am baffled he is even a doctor of pain management. He has no empathy or compassion for his patients. He was rude, demeaning, and even made me feel like I was bothering him. Rushed me right out the door as quick as he could. Didn't even review the results of my MRI (just said what it was) and barely took any time to explain his pain management recommendation. If you want someone with a bedside manner, is polite, and actually shows that he cares about what you are going through, then do NOT go see Dr. Hynes. If you just want a robot, who throws pills and procedures at you, then go see him. I never want to feel like that again and deserve better, considering the cost of healthcare.

Dr. Hynes ,has a very pleasant staff,As soon as he walked into the room it seemed like I was bothering him.Didn’t want to answer most of my questions.alls he suggested was medicine ,I was very upset and belittled , didn’t even examine me at all ??

The doctor took as much time as I needed answering my questions and describing the procedure. His nurse Jane also made me very comfortable with the procedure I was there to discus. They put me at ease and I have scheduled the procedure.

Very arrogant, extremely cold seems as if I was bothering him anytime I asked a question or had a concern. I would not recommend him to anyone. I left angry and confused everytime because of his bad attitude, awful bedside manner, callous demeanor, and his inability to clearly answer my questions for the treament I was receiving. I have chronic pain and he seems more concered about charging my insurance company for visits then what I'm going through. Only reason he got one star is so i could leave this review.

He is not very communicative, and seems reluctant to have a conversation during appointments. Not the best bedside manner, but not the worst ever either. (He seems very standoffish and gruff.)
