Staff was horrifically rude. No phone etiquette. Not willing to help their patients by going the extra mile.

Kudos to Dr. Kindermann. Dr. Kindermann is the BEST. I have been going to him for the past 5 years. He has taken good care of my eyes. He is professional in every sense of the word. Not only is he an expert doctor in his field, he sincerely cares about his patients. He takes the time to talk to you and ease any fears you may have. He listens to what you have to say and does not let you leave his office without all questions resolved. I would recommend Dr. Kindermann to anyone who is seeking an Opthomalogist.

I was recommended to Dr. Kindermann, by my husbands friend, who is our Optician, and who had diagnosed cataracts in both of my eyes. He HIGHLY recommended this Doctor as the best, and the one who he sent his own Mother to have these operations done. I found him to be kind, patient, professional and he instilled me with confidence on his abilities. I felt no pain and had no problems on either eye when the cataract was removed and lens implanted. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

When making the appointment I made certain that my insurance would cover the visit. I showed and again asked about insurance coverage. After I paid my co-pay, my child was seen and treated. We then checked out, and I was charged an additional fee. Nice of the office staff to lie under direct questioning, then charge you after services have been rendered. Almost sound like fraud!

I went to Dr. K. to get a second opinion on whether I should have cataract surgery, and I am so glad I did.His staff spent time and did quite a few tests on my eyes, and then the doc came in and did the "ultimate" test that may have saved my sight.Not only did I have cataracts (small), but I had the beginnings of glaucoma; a fact my regular doc never ever discussed with me.Dr. Kinderman explained, in detail what had to be done, took his time with me, and was adamant that I "do something about the glaucoma" right then and there...especially in my left eye.Somehow, he managed to include my laser surgery (in-office) in his very busy schedule because he was that concerned about my eyes, and I truly appreciate that.I will be returning for laser in the right eye, and then we will start on the cataracts.Soooo glad I found this doctor.His staff has been patient, helpful, pleasant and professional, also.Thanks to all of you.
