STAFF NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE !!!!!! PLEASE GET NEW EMPLOYEES

The wait time to see anyone in this office is absolutely ridiculous. I have been sitting in the waiting room since 11:30am and it is now 2:03 and I still haven’t been seen. To sit this long and be seen by the doctor for 2 minutes is absolutely absurd. I’ve been a patient here for years but now is time to move one to another. This is ridiculous!!

Absurdly inadequate in all ways. I expect to addressed by someone in the mecical professsion, staff included, with curtesy and proper command of the english language, which some of the staff does not have. We have been given conflicting information pertaining to all aspects of what would be considered proper and professional patient, office communications. I could go on and on. Embarassing way for the former chief of staff to operate. Not even having the decency to notify an elderly handicapped patient or their care giver, about the office not being open on the appointment date, after a call we recieved the night before confirming that it was. The amount of monetary losses are considerable when a whole day is lost due to the closer making it necessary to again lose another day for a reschedueled appointment. Tired of it all.

Not good doctor for my daughter don’t listen patients, my daughter four days in the hospital but I have not seen him or talked to him once. He’s only in the hospital for short period of time and is impossible to get in touch with! >_<

This is the worst doctor I have known. Never once dud he visit the patient during five days of stay. He sends his blond assistant who is all talk but no solutions as if they were just waiting for patient' problem to disappear on their own. Very untimely and unprofessional!

Seen his sister before and they are two totally different people. I did not feel satisfied with her but Dr. Wilfred was a Godsend. He ACTUALLY listened to what I was saying concerning my symptoms. I felt comfortable and welcomed, I will DEFINATLY see him again but never his sister.
