Dr. Willert Howard Lynn, MD

I’m 74 years old and I have never met a doctor like this. I’ve been going there thinking things might change. Here’s an office visit. He reads off the lab work and he is finished. He doesn’t listen to your chest, he never gets off his chair. He never asks if you feel ok. Just types in the refills and he’s done. If you try to talk to him about anything he just makes you feel “stupid” and leaves the room.

I recently had lab work performed for the purpose of monitoring my cholesterol levels. I am taking a Dr. Lynn-prescribed medication for elevated cholesterol. During my consultation with Dr. Lynn to describe other concerns, Dr. Lynn was very rude, kept his back to me while I was speaking and declared that he would only discuss one health issue per visit. When I requested my lab results a week later, I was told that it was his policy to discuss lab results with a patient during a second office visit. I requested that my results be forwarded to another physician, his staff refused to comply. I will not visit this office again and have filed a formal complaint with the Georgia Medical Board.

He is rude. Since he's not part of a big practice there is no one to complain to or report him to. If you bring a note with questions or a list of medications, he literally tosses it in the waste basket. If you have pneumonia, you have to go to a doc in the box to get a proper diagnosis. He let me run out of maintenance medication and did not care. The only two things he has going for him are he's one of the few doctors in Rincon and he's got people hooked on his weight loss program. He loves to toss pills at problems.

You better look over your insurance information, they will bill you for services you don't get. Every time I have ever been there I am being rushed through, five minutes at the most, and then I get billed for a "office visit long" so he can charge more. If looking for a doctor, I would look elsewhere.

This is the most uncomfortable furniture on the planet. This stuff was used up when you got it from Goodwill years ago. Some of it you can not get up out of, the rest there is no seat bottom left. Please, see for yourself, this is an embarrassment and painfull.

The staff is the worst I have ever talked to. They never know anything. There answer is always "I Don't Know". When asking Dr. Lynn about their billing he said he did not care and that I needed to talk to the staff. Then when I told him I would not be coming back he said "I don't care". That is not even what a doctor should ever tell anyone. If I did that at work I would get fired. I am firing the staff and Dr. Lynn.

He was to fast.made me feel like a nobody. Rushed through everything. Will not go back.

Dr Lynn is quick but will address all issues that are brought to his attention. The staff is okay. I have been going there over 8 years and only 2 problems with one staff member. When I spoke to the office manager, she resolved the issue & I haven't had that problem again. The nurses come across as sincere and the front desk person is accommodating and tries to work you in for an appointment quickly. My family & I continue to see him. His office also works to get you into the best and most appropriate specialis asap. I was not happy with one referral & Lynn was understanding & got me into a different specialist.
