Dr. William Clint Adcox, MD

Dr Adcox and his staff have always been the most caring and professional office I've ever been to. No one feels comfortable going to the doctor but they make it easy. Dr Adcox is knowledgeable, generous and goes above and beyond to be sure he has made every effort to help you figure out what your needs are and that you recover as quickly as be possible. I will always be grateful for the care and support I have received from him and his staff over the past ten years. I feel blessed to know they have my back always.

Dr. Adcox has been my primary care doctor for over 8 years. In that time, he has always provided the best of care and made managing my healthcare much easier. He is kind and personable, a true detective when it comes to diagnosis, and always takes my concerns seriously. I've searched tirelessly for a new physician since moving to another state, meeting with 15+ "top-rated" physicians in a major metropolitan area, and none of have compared to Dr. Adcox and FMS. I continue working with him remotely as a result. The practice itself is superbly run--medical staff are personable and professional, and billing/front desk staff always take care of their patients. Don't waste time with other doctors—go to FMS or join Dr. Adcox's concierge practice!

I went to Dr. Adcox for several years but changed doctors due to always feeling like he didn't really believe me when I told him my symptoms and he was always in a rush. I preferred to see one of the PA's, but with most of the staff rushing you in and out, they weren't enough for me to keep going there. The last time I went, the person in the lab that drew my blood was rough and in a hurry and was carrying on a very personal, detailed story with a co-worker that I wished I hadn't heard.

My husband saw a PA at Dr. Adcox office as a new patient yesterday. Although the appointment was fairly routine, when the lab tech came in to draw his blood, the entire experience went down hill. She was extremely rude and told him that he "smelled like truck stop food." Are you kidding me? He has excellent personal hygiene and is the least smelly man I have ever known!! The PA heard her comment and said nothing to correct her. Rather, she gave the excuse that "she doesn't have a filter." People like this should not work with the public. I'll tell you what stinks, the so called customer service at this office. We WILL NOT return.

Dr. Adcox has been the most attentive and thorough doctor I have ever been to. He genuinely cares about all his patients. He has been a blessing to me and my family since I met him two years ago.

I saw Wendy, a PA at Dr Adcox office, for an ear infection and a cold. I have never felt so insulted and embarrassed after a doctor's appointment! She talked to me like I was a child and told me I sounded like an "old man" because I smoke cigarettes. I am 30 years old by the way. I will never go back there.

Prompt, efficient and caring, this physician is also knowledgable about the cost of prescription drugs and he helps you in keeping your drug costs reasonable. I like him a lot.
