Worse Dr Ever He is rude, abrupt, unprepared & surly. It’s like he doesnt want to ne there and he’s doing yiu a big favor. Too bad I didn't read these other review’s first. He is consistently a terrible doctor and a very poor reflection of MSK.

There is not enough space here to thoroughly comment. In my opinion, absolutely horrible.

Very clear and informative about procedure. Answered all my questions and was personable and generous with his time.

I'm a regular at MSK & happy with my care. My interaction with Dr. Alago was a surprise. I was seeing him for a biopsy & a port. Technically I have no complaints. I asked that he remove a few stitches on my knee from a previous biopsy-a procedure that the dermatologist from MSK said could be done by a GP. Dr Alago didn't even look at my knee or look in my chart, even though I asked 4 times. I am 2 hours from MSK. His"not my job" rude response is unlike MSK & unprofessional! Avoid him.

I would not trust this doctor under ANY circumstances. This is my opinion.

I would not recommend Dr. Alago at all. It was extremely disappointing to have my family's first impression of Memorial Sloan Kettering be marred by someone who was unable to act professionally and was more interested in talking about himself, than the welfare of his patient. His follow-up was terrible, although he promised he would be in touch to "walk us through" the entire process. Phone calls were not returned, and too many questions were left unanswered. It makes someone wonder how many other things are left unanswered, and why? I suggest a person look at many Interventional radiologists before deciding on the (in)correct one

This is a doctor you want to avoid!
