Dr. William Preston Baugh, MD

How does a doctor get away with yelling and using profanity to an elderly patient. Then, after this doctors verbal abuse towards a patient, he bans the patient from his office in retaliation. Wow!

Dr. Baugh performed the Cellulaze procedure for me on the back of my legs several years ago and they still look great.This time I am going back to have the procedure done on the front of my thighs. I have been a patient of Dr. Baughâ??s for over 15 years and I couldnâ??t be happier. I have had him remove a cancerous lesion from my arm through the Mohs procedure and several other cosmetic procedures. I visit Rosie regularly for microdermabrasion and my skin has never looked better.

He is reported to be 50 y.o., but looks to be in his 20s. Either he appears unusually youthful or is pretending to be someone else. I say this because I am not convinced the person I saw was a medical doctor. He offered cosmetic treatment I neither wanted nor requested but refused to provide the treatment I did request. I had seen another dermatologist previously that did treat my condition successfully but was not able to continue seeing her as she relocated.

Dr Baugh is rude, disinterested and non-caring. Too bad Dr. Aston retired. I will take my business elsewhere. He spent maybe 3 min with one foot out the door and could not leave fast enough. I had to ask same question three times before he could concoct an answer.

I can honestly say I have never experienced a more condescending,disinterested doctor. Dr. Baugh has no interest in engaging his patient in a healing partnership, he seems much more concerned with a quick fix and running tests before even listening to what the patient is trying to tell him. The doctor has poor listening skills and would be advised to treat clients as though they actually have relevant information for him to hear. I have no solution to my problem, as the doctor spoke in circles as to what could be the root of my problem. So rather than go back, I will get on the waiting list for another dermatologist that rates well with patient conductiviy.

I recently had photo rejevenation and a laser peel (combo) with Dr. Baugh. The results far exceeded my expectations.. Immediately after the procedure your face does look scary but that subsides in just a matter of a day. If I had any questions or anxiety Dr. Baugh helped me through it. There is also a complete pre procedure and a great follow up. The results are so good I want to do it again in a few months.Dr. Baugh was very professional and knowledgeable but also seemed to care about any issues I might encounter. I highly recommend him.

His experience with liquid nitrogen is lacking. He has problems with his surgeries. They often do not come out the way he had hoped.
