Dr. William Berlin is an amazing physician. I went to see him for my yearly physical exam. I had a long list of questions and concerns. He addressed all of them patiently and explained me in a clear concise way. I am very happy with his demeanor and professionalism. Thank you Dr. Berlin for all your help and all you do. Dr W. Berlin got me mixed up with another patient and it was bounced back on me. He went against my patient rights, and he will be reported for this. If you want a Dr to mix you up with some other patient that has a no good reputation, then go to Dr Berlin ---He will make sure your personality is negative in his reports to the point of OTHER DR'S ARE QUESTIONING HIM~~~ I was a patient of his until he went out of control. No Doctor should be like this. He is good at the start and it is good he is no longer accepting new patients. Patients don't need this----I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HIM. TO ANYONE !

DR Berlin is my primary care doctor but I have never seen him. I have needed to see a doctor twice since signing on with Pres. HMO. In both cases I could not get an appointment with Dr Berlin and was sent to Urgent Care where average wait time was two hours. My need was urgent but relatively minor and fast. I asked to see anyone, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, etc. At this point I am not satisfied with the HMO or Dr. Berlin.

Great doctor. Bright. Caring. Professional. Thoughtful. Resourceful. I am a bone marrow transplnat patient with numerous compolications and Dr. Berlin has taken the time to have a deeply internalized understanding of my situation. Unlike other doctors who just glance at your chart briefly, and are in and out in a flash, Dr. Berlin truly cares and it can be seen by the level of interest he has in you, and in the amount of time he takes and the high level of understanding he will have of your situation.
