Dr. William Morgan Billington, DO

Dr billington office has overcharged us multiple times will not fix their mistakes, they will totally agrue that they made no mistake in billing argue what you owe and insist that you owe even more when they send you another bill in the mail instead of giving it to you at the time of your appointment at the doctor's office when they're telling you that you have a zero balance, they don't follow through withpre-authorizations on prescriptions as they are supposed to and made verbal agreements to hold a check and put it in the bank anyway prior to the date on ithe check and were verbally belittling and insulting to me They even became very condescending when they did not want to resolve the problem and we're playing me for an ignorant fool which I am not so I'm letting the public know do not even try to attempt to get in to see this doctor, find a different one at all cost it will save you money I can guarantee you that.....no one should ever be lied to, stolen from, misled, mistreated… in any public doctor's office any doctor would be better.... For Real, Mistreated Patient

Dr. B was the only doctor who ordered an MRI to discover exactly was what causing my back pain from a car accident 15 years prior. Throughout the years other doctors treated my symptoms, but did not work to understand the cause. Dr. B is compassionate, caring, and professional.

He was competent, did not waste my time and was concerned with my fibromyalgia syndrome.

As a Medical Professional for over 20 years, I called into this office to secure medical records for and with a family member because of all the problems my family had been through with this office. I will make it a point in life to make sure no one ever has to go through what my family went through with this office. This office is the epitome of what is wrong with the health care system and its not the insurance companies, which actually helped me with my problems before the Dr office did, what a pathetic excuse for an office or business.

The staff is very very rude but however the doctor is good. But be prepared to be there at least 4 hours every appointment sometimes longer.

Dr. Billington is a good Dr. However, most of his staff is NOT! There are just a few nurses that are sweet, kind & helpful.

Staff rude and dr doesn't check patients at all. Insurance fraud and hippa violations. He shouldn't have a license

I highly recommend Dr. Billington. Our family has had 4 generations that have been treated by him. I have a friend that had seen several doctors and no one could find out what was wrong with her. Dr. Billington diagnosed her problem and saved her life. We will be forever grateful to him.

Dr. Billington is the kindest doctor I have ever been to. He genuinely cares about his patients. If you have to wait to see him it is well worth it because he treats everyone as if they are his only patient. He takes the time to listen to and accurately diagnose what is wrong with you. His nurses are very kind and caring also. I had to have blood drawn for labwork and I could not even feel the needle. She was very gentle. They make you feel at ease. I recommend them highly!!!

After feeling terrible all weekend and having trouble with my blood pressure and high blood sugar I called Dr. Billington's office for an appointment. His office staff was very accommodating to me. When I arrived I felt terrible and they were so kind. Dr. Billington was very patient in helping me stabilize my blood sugar and bring my blood pressure down. It was extremely high when I arrived and he had me feeling much better in no time. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him!
