I have been one of his patients for over 30 years. At appointments my questions were always answered and never did I feel rushed or there was no time for me. The staff is very caring, they treat you like family. As for the doctor calling you back if somethings wrong...HE DOES right away, than suggests you come in to discuss everything with you. This has happened to me several times. I remember going to the hospital that Dr. Bonnefil was not affiliated with, he called and spoke with me at the hospital making sure I was okay than explaining why he was unable to care for me while I was there.

Unsanitary he used the same hands that he used during the exam to touch the lubrication tthat he uses on all exam patients he was supposed to call and give me my test results on the fourth day but he didnt he went on vacation and still hasn't called like he said he would and im at risk for pelvic inflammatory disease. His clinic needs to be shut down.

To busy to call you back!Make you feel old and used up.Dont call after a procedure. Neather dose the hospital he work at! Would not send my dog there and his staff is very mean if you call over and over to get through to him! if your over 50 DONT GO HERE!!!!
