Dr. William Bottomley

I was ill and could not get in to see my PCP so I saw Dr Bottomley. He was very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. He had the answer that put me on the road to recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Bottomley and this Banner facility. The staff are friendly, efficient and ready to please.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctor came in thru the front door 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment and had not yet had his coffee. He was listless and dull and seemed very uninterested in what was wrong. We had 3 specific issues and wanted blood work. He ordered the tests and when it came time to read the results and get back to us he could not be bothered. We called on multiple occasions and were told that he is very busy and 2 weeks later, with abnormal results, a PA finally called us back- with no actual info. Just an un-researched and obvious generic answer to diet and exercise more... The patient is a 6 foot athletic man under the age of 30 who is not overweight. We came to this "Dr." because he specialized in sports medicine. He could not be bothered to follow up and was totally un-caring. His staff was rude on multiple occasions. I would NOT recommend going to this Maricopa location. Terrible service and now his health is at serious risk and they… cannot be bothered to call back.
