Dr. William Michael Breland, MD

When I was in hospital, he visited daily. One day, I had a fever and was shaking violently when he checked me with his stethoscope and left. I had sepsis and needed a doctor's help. On another day he happened to meet me on the elevator, he quickly put his stethoscope on my chest, and that was his "visit." I suggest you take the time to find another doctor.

This physician took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions.

Dr. Breland is a good scientist and a capable and experienced physician. Mildly eccentric but in a good way. I have seen Dr Breland several times, and am always impressed by the amount of time he devotes to me, never making me feel rushed --a rare quality in a doctor. He listens and thinks. He overseas a large team of truly excellent physical therapists.

Has provided me with a great deal of information about Fibromyalgia. Can be very professional - but - on a personal level can cause undue and unnecessary problems for others. You state on one sight you have 25 years experience and on another 21. Also, you mislead/misrepersent yourself as having completed a Residency in Neurology - when in fact - you did not complete the Residency. It might be a good idea to not misrepresent yourself.
