I just had liposuction done by Dr. Bruno 3 weeks ago of the abdomen, back, flanks, inner thighs, arms and chin. I had absolutely no pain afterwards, only slight soreness for a few days when getting in and out of bed. Even though I know I will not see the final results for about 3-6 months, I can already tell the results are exactly what I was looking for. For the first time in my life I now have a flat stomach, no more love handles, chub rub vanished, toned looking arms, and double chin is gone! If you are looking for a top notch, skilled, ethical and gentle plastic surgeon, you have found the place. I have come to absolutely adore Dr. Bruno, as a person and a plastic surgeon. He really cares and takes his time with you during each appointment. You will never feel rushed. His front office team have been with Dr. Bruno for a long time, and they all operate together like a well oiled machine. This procedure was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I cannot think of a single positive that came out of it or that happened during it. Neither can those close to me. Bruno was never there, whether it be when I woke up from the anesthesia or if I had an urgent health issue. Moreover, Bruno never called to see if I was ok, and the results are awful. Lastly, he kept scuttling away from his obligatory one month check-up of my “progress” to the point that I just gave up. Given how horrible everything was, the results, and the trauma it caused, I’ll never be getting a “cosmetic” procedure again. It simply is not worth playing Russian Roulette to potentially get a guy like Bruno again.

Dr. Bruno's skill, attention to detail, and compassion are beyond compare. His office staff and business side of plastic surgery is exceptional. I'd want my nothing less for myself, my friends, and my own family.

I couldn't be happier with by new Butt. I had a Brazilian butt lift with Dr.Bruno about 4 months ago. I love his staff and was happy to see his receptionist Mary also had it done. He took time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I went to many consultations but knew he was the right doctor for me. His new office is beautiful, doesn't even feel like a doctor's office.

I went to Dr. William Bruno for breast augmentation. I had wanted this procedure for many years, I was very informed going into my consultation and very impressed by Dr. Bruno (a former micro-surgeon for athletes with hand injuries). Dr. Bruno sculpted my breast tissue over the silicone gel implants, under-the-muscle (implants by Allergan - I have a small ribcage and chose high-profile implants as I was a 32 A, wanting to be a 32 C). I experienced very little down-time - two days and I felt great, healing was very fast. The scars are so faint and whisper fine. My internist said it was the best work she had ever seen - and was so impressed she immediately brought in her female assistants before I had time to object to the audience. Years later, my breasts still look incredible and feel naturally soft. I have recommended Dr. Bruno many times and plan to return when I am ready for replacement. Thank you Dr. Bruno!
